Accepted Payment Methods

eSecureDSC offers secure online payments through Razorpay, allowing you to pay using a variety of trusted payment options, including:

  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Amazon Pay, CRED, and other UPI apps

  • Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, and other major cards

  • Net Banking: SBI, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and other leading banks

  • EMI: Available through select banks, subject to eligibility and the payment provider's terms

  • Wallets: Amazon Pay, PhonePe Wallet, MobiKwik, Airtel Payments Bank, and other supported digital wallets

 

Payment Gateway Charges

A convenience fee of 2% + GST may be applied at checkout for online payments. This fee is charged by the payment gateway and is non-refundable.

 

Payment Terms

Full payment must be made at the time of placing your order. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. eSecureDSC reserves the right to reject, cancel, or hold any order if fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity is detected.

 

Payment Security

Your online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway that uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your payment information. eSecureDSC does not store your complete debit or credit card details on its servers.

 

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp along with your transaction details. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our policy.

 

Third-Party Payment Services

Our website may integrate with trusted third-party payment platforms and services to facilitate secure transactions. Payments made through these services are also subject to their respective terms, privacy policies, and security practices.
