All products and services sold by eSecureDSC are non-returnable. Please verify your order details carefully before placing your order.

 

Refunds

All purchases made on our website are non-refundable, except where specifically required under applicable law or as stated in this policy.

 

Order Cancellation

Confirmed orders may be cancelled only before dispatch or service processing, subject to approval. A cancellation charge of ₹150 will be deducted, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

Once a product has been dispatched or a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) has been processed or issued, the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, wherever applicable.
